Shelly Winson has more than 30 years of experience in the health insurance industry. She founded True Choice Benefits nearly two decades ago with a vision to help her clients be protected from catastrophic health care expenses. Specifically, Shelly specializes in showing clients how to use affordable supplemental insurance to fill the gaps of today’s high deductible health plans and cover high out-of-pocket maximums, especially in today’s post pandemic environment.

Throughout her career Shelly has earned many professional certifications and industry designations. She is a former Board Member of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Women Business Owners, and a long-standing member the Arizona chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters.

And, in helping her own aging father through several health scares, Shelly has become very familiar with, and has first-hand knowledge of, the complex world of Medicare and brings invaluable personal experience to each of her Medicare clients.
